Product: HP Laptop - 17t-by300 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 15-month-old laptop that has two horizontal lines from left to right at the top of my screen that only appears only during the active time and not boot up or startup for Windows.  Can someone help me fix or is this permanent?
