I'm wondering if it is possible to change the resolution of a monitor down from 1080p to 480p as I need it at this to use a certain device, in the options menu on the monitor there is no option to do so, Im wondering if there's still a way to do it. (There doesn't seem to be a board for monitor options so this might end up in the wrong place)

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
The display resolutions listed below are the most commonly used modes and are set as factory defaults. The monitor automatically recognizes these preset modes and they will appear properly sized and centred on the screen.
And, also you can set the lower resolution from the windows PC in display settings.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
