Product: Pavilion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking for a docking station that I can hook up (2) HDMI chords for dual monitor viewing, that also has at least 4 regular USB outlets as well. I purchased a product from a different manufacturer and one of the HDMI ports does not work because they are telling me my computer is not compatible or doesn't allow for display port alt mode. Can you please recommend a docking station that is compatible with my laptop?

Your machine does not have docking port therefore you have to use USB Docking station.  If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors, please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few options on market today including some HP products:
