Hello, I would like to connect two external displays to my HP Pavilion 15-dk1984nd using an A-KONIC 12-in-1 USB C Laptop Docking station. I connected this docking to the USB-C port of the laptop. According to the specifications of the laptop, this should be possible: SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge). The docking has two HDMI inputs to which I connected the two computer screens. I also connected a mouse and keyboard. The keyboard and mouse work fine, but the laptop does not detect the screens. What could be the cause of this? According to the information of the docking, it is also suitable for HP.
Relevant software and hardware I use
Laptop: HP Pavilion 15-dk1984nd with Windows 11
Displays: 2x Samsung f24t350fhu
Docking: [content removed]
