Does 4h1u3ea model omen has rgb keyboard?

Greetings, I bought a 4h1u3ea device, but unfortunately, due to the following error in light studio, I cannot change the color of the keyboard. "unfortunately this device is not supported by omen light studio" gives this error in studio application. Thanks in advance for your help.

No, it does not say it has a RGB keyboard and it clearly said: unfortunately this device is not supported by omen light studio. My machine has following information:

            Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

on its specs. In short: your machine does not have RGB backlit keyboard. You can use Basic option within OGH.

Thank you fro your reply. I want to ask one more question, my baklight can dim down? Keyboard light so high, i want it shine down. There is no panel for change light settings in Omen Game Hub.
