15-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm looking to buy a new monitor for my HP laptop 15-bs0xx (3AZ49UA) and am trying to figure out if it's HDMI (or any other) video output will support 4K resolution.  Don't want to waste the money on a 4K monitor if it won't.

Thanks!

3AZ49UA is an invalid products But no, machines of the 15-bs0xx series have HDMI version 1.4b supporting 1920 ×1080 @ 60Hz port. Those port can't output to 4K monitors/TVs (you won't get full screen).

Regards.
