I've been thinking of buying a new monitor to connect to my laptop and i wanted to know what was the max frame-rate i could reach trough my hdmi port(at 1080p resolution). Laptop: HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb027nl - prod/id - 3CF27EA

'Ve searched online but i couldnt find any specifications.

You're very welcome.

 

The 'nl' stands for a PC that is sold for use in Italy.

 

'ng' would be Germany, 'ns' would be Spain, 'np' would be Portugal, 'na' would be the UK.

 

It is just the country or region the PC is sold for use in.

 

I would not be able to answer your question regarding what type of monitor would be supported.

 

I just know what the manual indicated regarding the HDMI version.

 

I recommend you start a new discussion on that subject.

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook's HDMI port is v2.0:

With my limited knowledge about such things, I can only speculate that it shouldn't matter what the monitors refresh rate is in relation to your notebook. 

 

Be it 60 Hz, 144 Hz.or higher, it shouldn't matter.
