Hi,
Just wanted to know if my HP laptop has auto cut off battery charging feature or not.
When charging level reaches 100%, the white led at the charge plug still stays stays on until I turn off the charging or remove the charging cable.
This model hardly gives 2.5hrs of battery life even on a new battery hence given my office usage I have to charge it daily for 5 times but always have to remove the charging cable once it crosses 90% to ensure battery health.
So if this model does supports auto cut off feature then I can keep it plugged in without worrying about battery health.
Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u105tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Kindly assist!

Batteries and chargers now smarter than we thought, they will automatically stop the process when batteries are full. Your machine is the same.
Regards.
