wondering if this models usbc port allows for display port alt mode? If not how should I go about extending my screen to two monitors?

Hp Pavilion Laptop 15t-eg200 is a CTO machine, it should have same ports as the following machine

              https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-pavilion-laptop-15-eg2097nr

Yes, it has 1 USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port. It is a good candidate for HP USB-C G5 dock.

Regards.
