Hello!

My monitor has a USB C connector, which allows connect the USB HUB on the monitor to the computer.

 

Previously, I streamed video from a laptop to a monitor via HDMI, and connected the USB C connector directly to one of the laptop's ports. USB HUB on monitor worked well.

 

Now I use this USB port to connect video (I connect the cable from this connector to the USB C DP connector on the laptop). The video works, but the USB HUB does not.

 

The question is: does the monitor support both video transmission and connecting a monitor USB hub through one port, and if so, how can I fix the problem? Laptop is Lenovo legion 5 pro (2023).
