Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just want to download manuals for my new laptop. I should be able to do that so I can lookup my questions. I found a list under support, with a notice that they were pdf, but nothing seems to make them downloadable.

if you click on a link it is opened directly
if you want to download it, right click on it, then save as

pdf telecharger.gif

That's how it SHOULD work but it didn't. I tried over a couple days. Glitch in the website perhaps? However, I found if I clicked on the link from one of the HP programs on my computer it downloaded and I found the answer to my question.

have you tried with different browsers?
