Hi, I've reinstalled my windows and I was trying to get my drivers again, I don't really know the exact correct drivers I should be downloading for my laptop, I've tried from different websites but they all seem not doing that great, either outdated or I don't really know, I downloaded the latest Nvidia driver from the HP website
NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver
10.18.13.5384 Rev.A 630.5 MB Sep 11, 2015
When I try to install it It gives me error about how the file is corrupted, does anyone please have another way of getting that driver? because HP seems like they don't care about that for now. I don't know the right driver version for my laptop's model

OK, good.
Now we know there is nothing wrong with the nVidia graphics adapter.
See if this works...
Download and install this free file utility. The 2nd file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
Let's use one of the HP Nvidia graphics driver first...download and save, but do not run the file.
Use this one...
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69609.exe
After you download the graphics driver file, right click on it and select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp69609).
Once that is done, go to the device manager, click on the 3D video controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
When the installation is complete, restart the PC.

Hi:
The product specs for your notebook indicate that is has the Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics, so you have to install both the Intel graphics driver and nvidia graphics adapter driver.
Normally, you have to Install the Intel HD graphics driver first, restart the PC and install the Nvidia graphics driver.
So...if the Nvidia graphics driver on your notebook's support page isn't working, try the W7 driver directly from Nvidia.

I can't seem to install the Nvidia driver and that's the problem I was having mainly, If I download the latest one from the Nvidia website. Here's the error I get? I kept trying to fix it but didn't seem to work, even tho I've downloaded the right Intel driver from the HP website,
I don't really know exactly how to get the right intel driver that's compatible with this nvidia driver

OK, let's go back a step...
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
How many display adapters are listed there?
There should be two...Intel HD and Nvidia 820.
If there is only one (Intel), then look further in the device manager and if the Nvidia graphics adapter needs a driver, there should be a device labeled in the device manager as a 3D Video Controller.
Do you see such a device?
