Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I really need your help. I just can't seem to find the BIOS update driver for my old Intel-based HP Pavilion dv7-7171er laptop. There are rumors of a magical FTP server where all these files are stored. Perhaps you could provide a link to the BIOS driver I need? I would be extremely grateful.

Hi:

 

The newest BIOS update I could find for your notebook is F.2D.

 

Info File:

Exe File:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp68001-68500/sp68425.exe 

 

You may want to think twice before updating the BIOS if everything is fine because I see some posts where people have had problems with the update and no one will be able to help you if the BIOS update fails for some reason.
