HP Spectre x360 - 13-4196ms
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an older (purchased October 31, 2016) HP Active Pen (PN 761392-001 SPS PN 773175-001) and after re-installing fresh version of Windows 10 the pen is not working. I presume it's just a driver, but I can't find the driver in any of my searches. Anyone know where to find this driver or know of a different trick to try?

The best I can think of and find is the touchscreen controller firmware update for your device:

 

HP Q-HD Touchscreen Controller Firmware Update 

Description:

This package provides an update to the firmware for the quarter high-definition (QHD) touch screen on supported models running a supported operating system.

Fix and enhancements:

- Provides the updated touchscreen firmware.

Thanks for the quick reply! I ran the sp79382.exe package per your suggestion but it didn't change my symptoms. I also put in a new battery in the pen just to eliminate that failure point.

 

I'm open to any other ideas...
