Hi:

See if manually installing the latest driver from Intel works for you...

Download the zip file version of the driver and unzip the file to its folder.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28731/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=96551

Once that is done, go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.

Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.

It will seem like it will take forever for the driver to install, but be patient.

After the driver installs, restart the PC.

Then after a few moments a new app will also be installed...The Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC).
