Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I HAVE HP MACHINE WITH AMD A9-9410,HOW DO I HAVE DRIVERS AND GRAPHICS FOR IT.I INSTALLED FIFA 19 ON IT BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO RESPOND TO IT.AFTER INSTALLATION AND YOU TRY OPENING IT,THE GAME SHUTS DOWN BY ITSELF...

What is the product number of your HP notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you ensure that all the drivers are updated either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant.

Did you try to update the Bios on your PC.

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate solution which should help you resolve this issue.
