My HP laptop's display sometimes goes black, just for a moment, when i am working. I decided to download latest display driver from hp for my "HP Envy x360 Laptop 16-ac0013dx (9S1R5UA)". I run the setup. But nothing happens.
I then restarted pc and checked my driver version. It was same as before. The setup just created two folders i.e C:\SWSetup\SP151002 . I tried this for other available drivers. And it was same. I will attach some pictures.

The driver is not installing because according to your screenshots you are trying to install the same driver.
The driver version listed on the support page is the same version installed in your notebook.
The January 22, 2024 date on the support page is just the date HP uploaded the driver to the support page, not the actual driver date, which is 12/12/23.
You will either have to wait until if and when HP releases an updated driver, or your only other option would be to use the latest generic graphics driver for your notebook's graphics from the Intel website:
Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
If the auto install method doesn't work, let me know and I will give you the instructions to manually install the driver.
