where can I find drivers for a camera, there is no picture, when you go to the DEVICE MANAGER, it shows that the driver from Microsoft from 2016 is installed, it does not allow you to install any other - Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T06AV)?

That means there is no problem with your camera driver, try checking the camera privacy first in the Windows settings in the category according to my image.
