Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Elitebook 360x 830 G7 laptop with a G5 docking station. The CPU is a 10th Gen 10210u using Intel UHD Graphics.

I cannot run both 4k monitors @ 60hz. I can only run it at 30hz each if I want both resolution at 2160p. I installed the latest intel graphics from the intel website and got nothing. Anyone happen to know if this CPU is the limiting factor which can't handle dual 4k @ 60hz or am I missing drivers? Thank you

Firstly check those cables , make sure they are at least HDMI 2 or 2.1 and secondly use page 5 of the following document to configure your monitors.

I am using 1.4 display ports cable for both monitors instead of HDMI. I also have  high res mode DP Alt Mode enabled. Any other solution beside using HDMI cable?

On page 5

Table 1 says you can get 3 4K monitors on any 3 ports.

Table 2 also says you can have 2 4K monitors and 1 FHD monitor.

Just FYI:

Sorry I don't have 4K monitor (and not planning to buy 4K monitor until 1 of 5 FHD monitor failed) therefore I only tested on 3 FHD monitors.

Regards.
