Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I use 4URPC Docking Station on my other HP Laptop with Windows 10 but with my new HP Laptop it does not recognize it. It uses the USB-C plug.

Not all USB-C ports are the same, what is your machine ?

Both of my monitors work when plugged into the HDMI port, one at a time. I do not have a docking station that connects to the HDMI or USB port.

Would it make a difference if I get a docking station powered through the HDMI or USB port?
