Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

I have an issue the laptop will not allow dual monitor functions. Have purchased all different cables & adapters, splitters etc. Nothing has worked. HP support suggested to purchase a HP Dock to solve my problem. Purchased & installed HP Dock no luck with getting second monitor up & running.

Hi @Triumph-Bobber 

 

Any dock that is not DisplayLink compatible will not work, the reason is that the USB-C port on the laptop is not image or DisplayPort compatible.

So find a DisplayLink certified dock that through software and hardware can transmit image.

I leave the link to consult for these dock select the one that interests you and then do the search on the internet for a seller of that model.
