HP Laptop & Dell Docking Station

I am trying to setup my monitors with my laptop plugged into my docking station. I have 2 hdmi monitors. One is plugged directly into the laptop and works just fine. The other hdmi monitor is plugged into my dell docking station which is connected to the laptop via USB-C. My laptop is recognizing other devices via the docking station such as my wireless mouse and keyboard, but it is not detecting the additional hdmi monitor though. I have tried reseting, detecting, etc. with no luck. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

I have also tried swapping which monitor is plugged into the laptop versus which is plugged into the docking station, and it hasn't made a difference. Only the one plugged into the laptop is registered.
