Product: elitebook

Hello

 

I have an HP Elitebook and two E243d docking monitors (used separately, as we have two home offices). Every so often my laptop just will not connect to either docking station and it is driving me mad. I know it is a laptop issue becuase when it happens - seemingly at random - it won't connect to either dock. My husband's laptop will connect to both as usual.

 

In addition, 'what happens when I close the lid' is set to 'do nothing' but I have to change it to another option, save, then change it back to 'do nothing' every single time I power up or it shuts down.

 

I would be so grateful to understand what I can do to stop this happening.
