I am currently using HP ENVY x360 2019 laptop. Just wanted to know if my laptop is compatible to use WINDOWS PRECISION TOUCHPAD. and if yes then how Can i get the desired driver.

I understand that you are looking for ENVY X360 2019 EDITION PRECISION touchpad drivers.

Is there something wrong with the existing driver? because HP doesn't suggest or support replacing it with another driver, mostly because it may trigger compatibility issues, that said, if you wish to proceed at your own discretion:
