Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

its been 2 days since my laptop camera has stopped working before this I formatted the USB and install windows 10 through and ISO file from the website mentioned below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10%20

i made an ISO file and installed it using USB after installation i have found that many functions where absent i updated the laptop and all functions worked but now my camera is not working i have tried trouble shooting, check device manager it has no camera driver i tried to install it through it add legacy it didn't worked and even check privacy settings all is well tried approaching through command prompt using dism but it got freezed when during restorehealth operation

now what i have found is two new unknown USB drive is showing in my device manager which are connected to the computer now what should i do i am highly suspecting the devices to be associated with camera i am attaching the screenshot of the device manager satyam38_0-1718396574366.png

As you can see from the bottom of the list of USB the 5th and 6th USB devices from the bottom which are a little too off shade and one containing a exclamation within a triangle are the one which got added idk its related or not but i think soo and i want recommendation that what to do next i tried adding legacy but it didn't worked infact you can see that there is no imaging or camera driver in the next screen shot

Hello satyam38, you are going to go to start, Control Panel, System and security, then System, on the next screen, Device Manager, on this screen you click on search for hardware changes, it is the icon on the screen that is at the right, see if it detects the camera.

I also leave you two tools to detect errors and if drivers are missing.
