Product: HP Notebook - 15-r243ns (ENERGY STAR)

Hola.

Acabo de reinstalar el sistema operativo, al comprar un nuevo disco ssd, y no me reconoce el touchpad. Ni siquiera me aparece en el administrador de dispositivos.

He intentado instalar el driver synaptics de la web de hp, sp72088.exe, pero al llegar al 99% no termina de descargarse.

 

Por favor, indíquenme como proceder.
