Product: EliteDisplay E273m Monitor
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

We had purchase new monitor Model No : Elite Display  E273m  Serial number [Personal Information Removed]

We had installed as external monitor in Apple MacBook Pro (Retina 15 Inch Mid 2015) its working fine through HDMI cable but the problem is that we are unable to connect E273m Webcam while we doing video conference in different application like (Zoom,Skype,Google Meet ,Microsoft Team)

Please help on urgent basis how to start Monitor WebCam in Apple MacBook Pro

HP Recommended

If the monitor is connected via HDMI then you must also connect to the monitor over USB to access the web cam.  HDMI will not carry the signal from the webcam.
