HP Recommended

Hello. Can anybody help me with an issue?
There is a laptop HP 430 G8, Win10 x64, fully updated.
HP EliteDisplay E243 (fw SQT111) as an additional screen.

When i`m connecting those devices by the HDMI cable (different ones) the screen shows that "Input Signal Not Found". The resolution is 1920x1080; 60Hz, any changes of resolution or refresh rate doesn`t help.

The HDMI on the laptop is working with another devices: Samsung TV, Dell monitors, or another Elite Displays (with another fw)

The affected monitor also works with another HP 430 G5/G6/G7 and 1 ASUS laptops. (i`ve assumed that the root cause could be in an Intel Iris Xe graphics, but the official HP driver didn`t helped also)

The affected monitor also works with my laptop through the VGA-HDMI adapter, DisplayPort also works weel (tested on different devices).

Is there any clue?

UPD_1. Also tried to update the firmware on that monitor, but the official HPUITool failed (The monitor has been connected by the origin USB cable).

UPD_2. If this monitor is connected with 2 devices at a same time, 1 with DisplayPort and 2nd with HDMI (my laptop) it works well. What is it? Sleep/WakeUp issue? Power?
