Product: EliteDisplay e273q
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Connected HP Elitebook X360 1030 G2 via USB-C to EliteDisplay e273q. The power mode on the EliteDisplay is set to Performance.

The USB hub does not allow me to connect any USB Keyboard nor USB Mouse. What am I missing?

Hi
I have same monitor e273q with same problem.
I solved it by restart monitor. Disconnect from power. Wait 10sec. Connect power.


Of Course i have USB cable between PC (USB-A) and Monitor (USB Type-C).
