Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, the production manager has purchased a Sony TV monitor to use with his Elitebook 725 G3 - which is docked on the ultraslim docking station currently. So the dock has 2 display ports and a VGA port available. He also has 2 other monitors. So the laptop works fine with the 2 monitors connected, but it wont pick up (effectively the 4th) screen when connecting the TV. It works if i unplug another monitor. All plugged in at once (2 display ports and VGA in use) and there is always 1 screen blank, despite reboots etc. It obviously recognises thatthere is a '4th' screen there in display settings, but won't display them all at once, only 3. Any advice is very welcome.

regards

Roy

The EliteBook 725 G3 supports 3 independent displays when using the Ultraslim docking station.

Refer Page 11 of the QuickSpecs for more display and resolution information.

thanks, so how do i get the 3rd independent monitor working? i.e .in the dosplay settings it lists the 4 monitors (including the laptop itself) but i can only get 2 of the independent monitors on at any one time.
