Product: HP ENVY x360 - 13-y023cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turned on the laptop, before it booted to Windows 10 it did some computer analysis which took a few minutes, then booted to Windows. Everything works fine just like it did before the analysis, except not the display won't rotate when I turn the laptop to vertical. I went to the display setting and saw that the rotation lock was ON but it was in grey and could not be turned off. I went to laptop settings and tried different things but could not get the display to rotate.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the driver that controls that function from the link below:

 

Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver
