Hi,
Just wanted to ask I noticed in the service manual for the above model it notes "if you need to replace the display assembly Refer to Service Advisory C06640672 for details about reloading the HP Display Control Panel Color Calibration Data Reload Process.".
How do you do this? We have replaced the screen due to a drop which cracked the LCD panel and ever since doing so the touch screen does not work and device manager lists error 10 under the intel precise touch and stylus section.
We have reinstalled all drivers and also updated the BIOS to latest but are still unable to get the touch screen working, so I assume it is because of the aforementioned touch screen calibration required in the service manual?
Thanks for your assistance.
