I bought this laptop which was expensive for me and as stated in the header the left hinge broke away from the case and cracked the screen. It is most definately a design fault. I was extremely disappointed as I have been very happy with my purchase and recommended the product to colleagues. What can you do to help me as this has not been caused by abuse but is clearly due to poor design/materials.
