Product: HP Envy x360 15t dr100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased my laptop from USA. Currently I am living in India. My laptop screen cracked due to an accident. Now I want to replace the cracked screen. HP support in India said the screen replacement is unavailable in India and asked me to contact HP USA. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display on your computer is cracked and you are looking for a replacement.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I see that you have purchased the PC in USA and currently using it in India. There are two options to get the screen replaced.

 

  1. You can get the screen replaced locally from a computer tech.
  2. You can get the screen shipped to a US address of your friend or family and then they can ship the display to you.
