HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP envy x360, while closing it the left hindge broke which caused the screen above the hindge to Crack the screen is working fine but the glass is cracked and the touch above the area of crack is not registering also the hindge is not moving hence the screen is stuck in 1 position. I have contacted HP customer care for the repairs 1 year back and I even asked to pay them the cost of repairs even though the laptop was under warranty period, but the only reply they had is we cannot repair it due to unavailability of parts, I don't understand why launch a product without having replacement parts available.  It has been 1 year since the screen is broken now that I require the laptop I am posting this in the help forum hoping someone to provide solutions. have left hopes from HP customer care for solutions because of the horrible experience with their customer care.
