Envy x360 screen separating near hinge

Bottom right of screen (near hinge) is separating from outer casing. Apparently, this is a common problem for this model (Envy x360.) Laptop has not been dropped or handled roughly and this happened suddenly. Is HP providing a solution to their customers for this defect?
