If your computer is under warranty you could contact HP Phone support and get a free repair,

However, if it's not within warranty, you could use this link to order parts and replace them on your own.

i talked with HP IL technical support about it. They will take the laptop for check in lab as part of warranty. I do not know if they will repair the screen part or replace a new laptop. They didnt tell me...

Thank you for replying with the details,

If the computer is within the warranty, they should be able to either repair or replace the defective parts, however, the computer will remain the same.

 

All we need to do now is wait until you get the computer back from HP repair center and everything should be taken care off.

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
