I bought an HP Envy x360 5 months ago at BestBuy returned and exchanged twice due to erratic and disappearing cursor on all of them within 2-4 daysof use. ( Brand new units) and finally after @2 months of use, the 3rd laptop simply died. Returned to HP for motherboard replacement (they said it was defective) and 2 days after getting the laptop back same erratic cursor issues. I am now in the process of trying to return what is obviously a defective laptop for a refund.

Why is it that the only response I get after signing in and inquiring about getting "HELP" all I get is a response from AI? A robo-rep!! Really??? This is not my idea of customer support and it is a reflection on just how much HP cares about their customers. Thanks for nothing
