HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-eu0000 (7K633AV)

Apparently, there is an update for the camera that is NOT picked up by Windows, HP, or Intel. The driver is dated: 3/6/2025, Version: 64.26100.13.18420.  I have iobit Drive Booster Pro12.4. There is also a free version available.

 

For the past several weeks my laptop camera has been ‘lost’. I have updated the BIOS, tried a power reset, tried various suggestions.  I have a camera button, which was not the problem. This laptop is less than a year old.

What I've checked: 

  • Camera kill switch set to  on.
  • Camera settings allow apps to access
  • Antivirus software settings allow camera.
  • Updated camera driver 
  • Updated Windows version
  • Updated BIOS

 

Here are my specs and error:

 

HP Wide Vision 9MP camera, Intel Corporation

HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-eu0013dx

 

Error code: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>
