Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I receive the error code 0xA00F4244 intermittently. Started using Zoom and it sometimes work for a while then it will flicker and turn off. Once it’s off I can open it but it may be up for a minute or less. They the error above comes up. 

When I receive the error above I go to my driver manager and I don’t see the camera on the list.  I have done a reset, removed other devices from the laptop.  Turned on laptop and it found the camera. The driver for the camera showed up and I tried to install the latest update. It said already updated (something to that effect).

I haven’t tested on zoom. I have not updated the BIOS drive for the HP Laptop. 
Please advise. Thank you

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your PC.
