Hello, cordial greeting. I want to expose the following problem that I have finally encountered and I hope it serves as an example for other HP users; The problem is that every time I use the key combination (Fin + F5, F6) to raise the brightness or lower it, it gives me this error. I downloaded the HP Support Assistant Software, and then I was able to solve the problem after using and updating things on my laptop.
