Product: HP Notebook - 14-dk0028wm

I have an Essential USB-C display dock and I would like it to work with my laptop. 

 

I have downloaded and installed the drivers more than once. Still nothing. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @gasganofj60 

 

I imagine that the port for connecting another monitor does not work because the laptop does not have a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort.
