Hi, my laptop screen is falling apart. The warranty on my laptop is over, but I have another year from American Express. They say I should get an estimate. Went to HP authorized repair center, but they say they can't fix have to send in because it involves the screen and entire case.
How can I get an estimate? I don't have the place to send to, plus I don't think that Amex will pay if there is a charge for estimate (have a question open they haven't come back yet). Plus they reserve the right just to refund purchase price, in which case the estimate might be on me altogether.
