HP PROBOOK 4730s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!
I want to seek for an advise or an answer.
I have this old laptop HP Probook 4730s, i5 2410m Hd 3000 with Radeon HD 7400m

I wanted to install / add external GPU but my bios is whitelisted and i cant use the device that uses Mini PCie to connect external GPU.,
My laptop has this expresscard (34 ) slot on left side and there is another device to connect external GPU via expresscard.,
I wanna know if this method will work on my laptop, will it be recognized by my bios if i use the expresscard method?

I really need an advised since i already purchased online the device which is exp gdc v.8..

Thank you!

@FluffyPig

No, it does NOT have internal nor external port which is fast enough for an eGPU.

Regards.
