Product: Victus 16

Hi i have 2 external monitor. One connected through HDMi and the other through USB Typce C to HDMI converter. The setup was working fine a couple of days ago but suddenly USB Type C monitor has gone into sleep mode and is not waking up. I have tried everything and cannot seem to figure what is the issue.
