So, i have the monitor MSI G274QPF as external display for my laptop, its working almost like it should have, i can change resolution, refresh rate, hdr settings etc. and can control via intel graphic control but, it cannot be detected by nvidia gpu, when i launch games fullscreen on laptop screen there is also no problem, nvidia gpu is working. But when i try to run a program fullscreen or windowed no matter what, on the msi monitor, my nvidia gpu is not working at all, nvidia is running the laptop screen and intel gpu is running the msi screen, i searched for an option from nvidia control panel but the monitor itself is not even detected in nvidia panel, so i tried forced detection of monitor via nvidia control panel but it didn't work. please help.
im connecting monitor within display port with type-c to display port cable.

Have you tried its HDMI port ? On my machine using HDMI port to HDMI monitor
I do not have a monitor with DP port to test now and do not have a plan to buy a new monitor for this test.
Regards.
