Hello Friends,

I have an  issue with a ProBook 450 G6 .

I had conected an external monitor ( Eizo EV 3285) via USB C until yesterday, but this morning I installed  the Firmware Pack (R71) Bios update ( 01.15.00 Rev.A ) and it does not work any more.

It seems the problem comes from the new USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) Firmware (CCG5), version 7.11.

I tryed installing the prior Bios update but it does not remove the new USB Driver.

I did Windows system restore but  it did not remove the new USB driver.

I would really apreciate any help to get this issue fixed and be able to use the external display on USB-C

Have a nice day!
