Hello,
I'm near tears because I can't figure out why the USB C to HDMI adapter will not work with a brand-new laptop. I have one that works with my Dell (work laptop) but bought another one that indicated that it works with windows 11 and my laptop, and it still will not detect the monitors. Neither Adapters will work with my laptop.
I can connect one monitor with the HDMI, and it works, but I need to extend it to at least two monitors to be productive working on my projects.
Please Help! 😞

Ok, so I can only extent to 1 external Monitor using HDMI only and not extend to 2 displays? I've always been able to extend to 1 monitor using the HDMI. I need to be able to extend to 2 monitors. What options do I have to extend to 2 monitor displays?
Also, All these updates that won't install after following your instructions, how do update them? It is going to drive me crazy seeing updates that won't install.
Thanks so much for you help! 🙂

Hello @ERob25
(1) To use 2 monitors you need a docking station. Ask a professional at the computer store. Have the User Guide PDF on your smartphone to show him the specifications.
