Does my HP ENVY 13-ah1025cl support an external monitor via one of the USB-C ports?

Hello @mjrd,

 

Yes, the HP ENVY - 13-ah1025cl supports DisplayPort over USB-C, which is required for video output.

 

Here is an HP recommended USB-C to HDMI adapter: 2PC54AA  

 

Here is an HP recommended USB-C to VGA adapter: P7Z54AA

 

Third-party accessories should also be theoretically compatible.
