I am unsuccessful with connecting any external monitor to my laptop. I have tried multiple brands, one was with a USB-C and the other a USB cable. I go to "detect" the multiple displays and says "we can't find another display" and the computer acknowledges a USB-C is connected but to make sure my computer supports it. I did reinstall the INF and restarted my computer with no luck.
Is there any fix to getting my laptop to connect the USB-C cable? Or maybe it's the type of computer monitors I am plugging into my computer? Or is there a wireless bluetooth monitor anyone recommends. I couldn't find a bluetooth monitor on amazon and don't want to order and not be able to use it.

You do not write the laptop model, but I think your issue is that it does not have USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort, then you can not use any dock to connect the displays but must find a dock compatible with DisplayLink, this technology by software and hardware can make a Display work by the USB port.
I leave the link for you to consult the dock you need and do a search to find a seller of the model you select in your country.
